Add a personal touch to your celebrations with a custom handpainted banner! These one-of-a-kind banners are made to order and crafted with care on paper, perfect for parties, events, and celebrations.
Banner Size
All custom painted banners are on approximately 35 x 60 inch paper.
How It Works
- Place Your Order and Share Your Vision: Complete the customization form when placing your order.
- Review & Approve: Choose and confirm the digital design draft that I send via email closer to your event date. I create banners in order of event date.
- Pick Up Banner or Await Delivery: If you're local to Terre Haute, I will reach out when your banner is ready for porch pick-up on the eastside of Terre Haute. If you are not local, simply wait for your banner to arrive in the mail! I ship banners rolled in 4x4x36 boxes.
Timeline
Order in advance! Banners and design drafts are created in order of event date. You'll receive design options shortly before I will paint yours. Set your “needed by” date for at least 7 days before your event. It’s when your banner will arrive (or be ready for pickup), giving you a stress-free buffer! (If you want a larger buffer, set your "needed by" date for even earlier!)
If the date you enter is within the next 15 days, grab the "Squeeze Me In!" option for $25 in the shop to secure a spot on my calendar.
Squeeze-Me-In Fee
My schedule is full for the beginning of summer. For banners that are needed before July 6th, I am happy to fit your banner into my schedule for an additional $25 fee. If the fee isn’t added to your cart, I’ll need to refund your order, and you’ll have to repurchase with the fee included. Click here to add the Squeeze Me In fee to your cart.
Please Note
I don’t offer banners with licensed characters (like Disney, Marvel, etc.), but I can create custom designs inspired by the colors, themes, or vibe of your favorite shows or movies!

Shipping
Once your package has been shipped, I am not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an issue arises after your banner has been mailed, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.
Porch Pick Up for Local Orders
If you're local to Terre Haute, IN, please use code "LOCAL" at checkout. It will save you the $15 shipping price, and you can do a porch pick-up. I will send you the address when the banner design is chosen.
How to Hang
I’ve found that plain blue painter’s tape works great! My favorite is the Duck Brand Clean Release Painter's Tape. Just roll a piece and stick it to the back of each corner of the banner. For the best display, I recommend placing your banner on a solid surface like a wall, rather than a translucent one like a window, to give it a polished and put-together look. Other great options for hanging include command strips, push pins, or tying the banner with twine if you don't have a flat surface.
Shipping & Event Date Policy
Please note that we are not responsible for shipping carrier delays once an order has been shipped. Because shipping delays are outside of our control, refunds will not be issued for delayed deliveries caused by the shipping carrier.
For all custom painted products, the date entered at checkout is NOT your actual event date. The date you provide should be a date before your event to allow time for possible shipping delays.
Since custom items are personalized specifically for your event and cannot be returned or repurposed, it is extremely important that you give yourself a comfortable delivery buffer.
We require the date entered on your order to be at least 7 days prior to your actual event date. If you would like additional peace of mind, we strongly encourage entering an even earlier date.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Shipping delays can occur and are outside of our control.
- Refunds will not be issued for carrier-related delays.
- You are responsible for providing a date that allows enough time for delivery before your event.
